Documentation (of the ephemeral sort)
The need for a permanent home for any and all source documentation for any posts that is advertised, as well as other items of interest led to this page. The credit for certain documentation or images will be given when the source requests credit, not as a compulsory annotation. Pennsylvania (my state of residence) has somewhat sufficient shield laws in place. I am fully aware the Internet would fall into federal jurisdiction if something huge were to happen, but:
1) Nothing huge is going to happen exclusively, here, first. This is merely a mirror of many by which to catch reflections. Some blogs don’t admit that’s what they are.
2) I will assume if I am partially wrong about item 1 that the case of Baker v. F & F Investment would be sufficient to save my ass.
